1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or replacement requests can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Innerwear and lingerie
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products and gift cards
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product,
- A defective product,
- The wrong item,
- Or an incomplete order,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Share your Order ID
- Mention the reason for return
- Wait for approval from our support team
Once approved:
- Our courier partner may arrange pickup, or
- You may be asked to ship the product to our return address
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method for prepaid orders
- Via bank transfer or UPI for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
6. Replacement Policy
If a replacement product is available, it will be shipped after approval. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
